FRICKIN RAIN

Well looks like another rainy day here It has rained for about 6 or 7 days here. We have had a few moments of sunshine, but not much. I was checking out the garage to see if there was enough wood, and float able devices to make a mini-ark this morning. Had a terrible storm here last night. But is has stopped for now, but I just heard thunder, or the firing range at the base one. Sometimes its hard to tell which one it is. Was sitting her deciding who we needed to make room for on our raft, and if they possibly had materials to make it bigger at their house. By the time I counted all the people, dogs, cats, computers, cell phones and food I figured out we would need a huge ocean liner. Computers and cell phones are a must, right? Can we really live with out them? Makes one wonder. We are so attached to out communication tools that when we are without them, we almost panic. My son, Michael is away from home right now and we have not heard from him in a few days. We are trying not to worry, but its hard. He usually calls, e-mails, or finds some way to let us know he is OK. If we were not able to talk to him or read his e-mails this few days of silence would probably not disturb us as much. Feast usually goes unnoticed till it's gone. You know the old saying "It's either feast or famine." I am cooking a roast for the family meal tonight. It smell so good. I am ready to eat it now, but I am afraid it would be a little on the rare side right now. Prayers and good wishes to all, and we could use the same.
